-Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of the other guests/occupants during these hours. Loud music/TV is not allowed at any time.

-Please enjoy the guest common area and the amenities included. If anything needs replacement or stocking please let us know. Please keep this area clear of personal belongings as it is for use of all guests. Also please me mindful of noise in the common area at all times as guest rooms are above & beside this area.

-The house is on a sensitive septic system. Do not flush kleenex, feminine hygiene products, condoms, face wipes, cotton swabs, etc. ONLY HUMAN WASTE & TOILETTE TISSUE.

-The smoking area (all types of smoking and vaping) is around the fire pit between the houses. Please put all butts in the supplied ash tray. Do not under any circumstances place your butts on the ground. There can be high risk of forest fires, particularly in the summer months.

-The WiFi network name has “Stone Cove” in the name. The password is “18775961228”

-The tap water in your suite and common area is tested regularly and is safe to drink. Also please enjoy the complimentary coffee/tea in the guest common area.

-Please enjoy the waterfront directly in front of our B&B’s. Please do not walk in front of the neighbouring properties on either side, its clearly marked with signage and/or rope. The waterfront in front of neighbouring properties is private property. If a neighbour complaint arises due to trespassing your security deposit will be retained.

-Daily room service is not provided on shorter stays, but if you need any supplies during your stay let us know and we would be happy to top them off.
